Reviewing Policy/Requests

Publishers and Authors. I receive book review requests daily so I can no longer reply to each individual one. I choose to review books based on my own personal tastes which can be found underneath the Accepted Genre(s) section. This does not mean that just because your book fits my genre preference that I'll review it; I apologize for this but I want to make sure I'm choosing books that appeal to me because this is a hobby and I want to enjoy what I read not struggle to get through it. (I'm sorry if I don't accept yours.)

NOTE: It may take anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple months for a review to be posted so please be patient. I review books at my own leisure and have a life too. As for ARCS I will always try to read/review before the release date or on or around that time. There is the possibility that I may accept a book and not be able to read or get around to it at all which is unfortunate but it happens. Please take this into consideration and please know that I take reviewing seriously and will make an effort to review everything I've accepted, thank you.

*I accept .mobi (Kindle ebooks) and physical copies ONLY. 

I accept ARCS (Review Copies)/bound galleys/finished copies.

• Addressing me by my proper name is welcomed. It is located on my blog.

•  Do not spam my inbox or request form. One request is enough. If I get multiple emails regarding your book I'll immediately delete them. Hounding and pressuring me for a review won't be tolerated.

• If I do not reply back it means I have not accepted your request or haven't gotten to it yet. Patience.

• I won't review ebooks that are unsolicited and attached in the first email.

• Physical copies always take priority over e-copies. 

• I would appreciate if you can include all links, a cover image, and pertinent information about your book or promotion in your request.

• I accept requests for multiple books just as long as all the information is included in a single email.

• I also network my reviews through Twitter, Facebook, and Google+. 
• IMPORTANT: I usually will not read books out of series order. You must be willing to provide all prior books in a series for review as well. Only in certain circumstances will I consider reviewing a book that I've not read the previous ones beforehand.

5 stars* - Amazing! Worth reading over and over again, absolutely phenomenal!

The only opinion expressed is my own, and I will review books honest and fairly. I will include both positive and negative reviews. I am not paid to read/review author's books only asked in return for an honest opinion. I will not post reviews on books that receive a 3 stars* or lower rating. If this happens I apologize ahead of time and will offer a promotional post instead.

I am not responsible for any damaged/lost prizes for giveaways. When you enter a giveaway you accept these terms. Anyone under the age of 13 cannot participate unless specified otherwise. The winner will be contacted within 24 hrs. Once contacted the winner must reply within 48 hrs or a new winner will be selected.
