Feature & Follow Friday! (#16)

I'm incredibly excited to have my blog featured this week -- like I'm freaking out!! This is awesome! ANYWAYS, welcome and don't forget to leave your link in a comment so I'll be able to follow you back!

Q: We are about to see a lot of posts & tweets about reader conventions, RT, BEA, ALA and many more are starting soon. Which one would you love to attend and why?

First off I'd like to say I've never really heard of any of those reader conventions until now and I must admit I really would love to go to one! After thorough research I think it'd be amazing to attend BEA which I now know as Book Expo of America! The list of authors that are going to be there are completely awesome!! I'd be thrilled to see all the new upcoming titles, and it would be a dream to be able to go and get books signed by a ton of talented writers all in one location! I'm actually super jealous of all the attendees because I SO want to be them and peek at the new gorgeous books releasing soon, network my blog, meet other inspiring bloggers, and learn helpful tips as well as grab some fantastic reads!

      It's too pricey for me as well otherwise I'd be there in a heartbeat!! Guess I'll just have to read about everyone else having a great time :P I'm hoping next year will be the year I'll get to attend BEA, I only live a state away but it might as well be a country away!!

      Yay! & I'm so happy to find a Georgina Kincaid fan, I knew they were out there! :P I love that entire series - Richelle Mead is so very talented!! I'd love to meet her at a convention but there aren't any in my area, I'm going to try and get to BEA next year!!

      Thanks!! In all honesty I'd much rather be in Australia - that's my number one travel destination so I think that beats BEA by a long shot! However, since I can neither afford to go to a convention in NY everything else is also out of the question! But it's nice to think about! :P

    I think BEA would be pretty awesome, but I'd also like to go to Comic Con in San Diego. THAT would be really cool - the mixture of books and nerdy stuff! What more could a girl want?!

      I've always wanted to go to San Diego Comic Con!!! Every year I get so sad that I can't go, I think it'd be one of the best experiences with not only a combination of books but films as well. I'd die to meet some of the actors that attend :P Right! I'd be in heaven with that stuff! I'm suffering right now because Philly Comicon is right around the corner and I can't go!! I live a couple hours away :(

      It just seems like an atmosphere of great people, although I'm sad about not being able to go I'm also happy because I'll probably have a better experience with more money to spend and more blogging experience to share at next years :)

      Me too blogging has opened up a world I didn't even know existed - specifically to conventions like BEA and RT etc.! They're something I would love to go to :)

    I also did not know about reader conventions :)

    It would be AMAZING if we could all go. It might get a little or A LOT crazy with all the book fanatics there but it surely is a place where we can all enjoy, have fun, and praise books!!
