Why I'm waiting:

Yay for witches! The main heroine's name is Rune (love it!), and she was brought up by a fortune-teller...that's all I really need to hear. Is it just me or has witches fled YA novels? Really though...it seems like ever since the paranormal genre exploded authors are writing less and less about them. Face it - angels, aliens, and vampires are what's hot on the market right now BUT I miss the thrill of witchcraft! I'm in need of a witch fix with an intriguing story and Forest of Whispers looks like it'll deliver!
